❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Start with clean, oil-free natural lashes—curl them first for a seamless blend. Use tweezers to gently lift a cluster from the tray (avoid touching the pre-glued strip). Place the cluster underneathyour natural lash line, about 1–2mm above the waterline. Press the cluster base and your natural lashes together with the applicator to secure. Repeat with 3–6 clusters per eye, using shorter lengths on the inner corner and longer on the outer for a cat-eye or doll-eye look.
For the most natural look, we recommend applying them underneath your natural lashes.
Jelly adhesive bands are cleaner, faster, and far more beginner-friendly. Unlike liquid glue, there’s no measuring the amount, no waiting for tackiness, and zero harsh fumes or latex allergens. The pre-applied strip is gentler on sensitive eyes, causing zero damage to your natural lashes upon removal. Users love it because it feels incredibly lightweight, leaves minimal residue, and requires no extra bond & seal products—just apply and go.
When applied to clean, oil-free lashes, they typically last 24hours. With good oil control and daily lash hygiene, some users can extend wear up to 2–3 days.
We recommend removing them before bed to protect your natural lashes. After removal, gently clean off any residue, and store back in the case to keep their shape.
Oil, skincare, sunscreen, or makeup residue around the eyelids can reduce the grip of the jelly adhesive band. Before applying, gently clean your eyelid and lash line with a dry cotton swab or tissue to remove excess oil and moisture. Avoid applying lashes immediately after heavy eye cream or setting spray. Press each cluster firmly for a few seconds to improve hold.
