Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bowliss.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
For non-defective (change-of-mind) returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, orders are typically already processed and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
